Returns
Contact our Customer Support Team at orders@shopxdssports.com for a return authorization number. Returns will not be accepted without authorization.Items that are drop shipped directly from other manufacturers are subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% depending on the manufacturer’s policy.
Fast Service
We process an order the same day it is received and generally ship within 2-3 business days. If delivery is required by a specific date, please notify us when placing your order. Please call for information on express delivery. To ensure rapid processing of your order, be sure to fill in all necessary information.
Warranty
We guarantee all items for one full year to be free from defects in workmanship or materials when installed and maintained properly. We agree to repair or replace, without charge, any item judged defective for either of these reasons and to return the item (or its replacement) freight prepaid. Please email claims@shopxdssports.com for information on how to return a defective product.

Pricing and Specification
We will make every effort to honor catalog prices. We reserve the right to change prices due to increased costs, or to correct catalog errors in pricing and/or specification. When you send us your order request, we will begin processing it as quickly as possible. Despite our best efforts, a small number of items in our catalog may be mispriced. If an item’s correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instruction before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. We will make every effort to send you only one invoice after all items on your order have shipped.
Shipping Charges
FREIGHT.. Please add 20% for shipping and handling within continental US. Minimum freight charge is $9.00. There may be extra charges for LTL shipments for inside delivery ($25.00), lift gate ($25.00) or residential delivery ($50.00) For shipment outside the contiguous U.S., call or email for freight costs.
INSPECT YOUR SHIPMENT. When you receive your shipment, inspect the carton before signing the delivery receipt. Open cartons immediately, check contents against the packing list and examine merchandise for damage. Keep all receipts, cartons and packing materials. Do not move any damages freight to a different location. Notify our customer service department about any freight damaged merchandise within 48 hours of receipt. Failure to follow any of the above procedures may invalidate any claim you may have against the carrier.
FREIGHT CLAIMS. Xtreme Designs & Sports, LLC is not responsible for damage or loss in transit. We will, however assist you in filing a claim if all of the correct procedures have been carried out. Email orders@shopxdssports.com or Call our customer service department immediately for more detailed information after inspecting your shipment.
Force Majeure
Although we strive to meet obligations set forth in our promotional material, we will not be liable for any failure to perform any of such obligations by reasons of acts of God or the elements; acts, delays and failures to act by governmental authorities; riots, insurrections, terrorism, sabotage and war; interruption, suspension, curtailment or other disruption of utilities; or other matters beyond our reasonable control.

CUSTOM ORDERS.. Customer accepts all responsibility by measuring certain items such as mats. CUSTOM ORDERS ARE NOT RETURNABLE.
P.O. BOX NUMBERS. If your normal shipping address is a postal delivery box, please provide an alternate shipping destination in case postal shipment cannot be made.
CANCELLATION. If you wish to cancel your order, contact us within 24 hours. Cancellations after 24 hours may necessitate restocking and/or shipping fees.
PLEASE NOTE: Your order will be bulk packed for efficiency. This allows us to provide you with the lowest pricing possible. At The Xtreme Designs & Sports, LLC you never pay for excess packaging materials.
